Refund Policy

30-day money-back guarantee. If WealthScan isn't right for you, request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase and we'll make it right.

1. Money-back guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all WealthScan subscription purchases. If you're not satisfied for any reason, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your initial order date or most recent renewal charge.

2. How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, which is the Merchant of Record for all WealthScan sales. To request a refund, you can:

  • Visit paddle.net and sign in with the email you used at checkout, then open the transaction and choose "Request a refund", or
  • Email us at billing@wealthscan.ai and we'll initiate the refund with Paddle on your behalf.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing typically takes 3–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.

3. Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription anytime from Settings → Billingin your account, or via the Paddle customer portal. Cancellation stops future renewals. You keep access through the end of the current billing period.

4. After the 30-day window

Outside the 30-day window, we generally do not issue refunds for partial billing periods. If you believe your situation warrants an exception (for example, duplicate charge, unauthorized use, or an extended platform outage), please contact billing@wealthscan.ai — we review every request on its merits.

5. Chargebacks

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank. In almost every case we can resolve the issue faster directly.
