How WealthScan uses AI
WealthScan is a diagnostic engine. AI assists with intake, drafting, and pattern-spotting — it never replaces the judgment of your licensed financial advisor, Tax Professional, or estate attorney.
Where AI shows up
- Concierge chat on the public site — answers questions about the product and points you to next steps.
- AI Auditor — runs deterministic and AI-assisted checks over a completed Discovery to flag preliminary observations for professional review.
- AI Assistant inside the advisor, Tax Pro, and attorney consoles — drafts narratives, summaries, and outreach for the professional to edit and approve.
- Note extraction — turns a pro's free-form meeting notes into structured client fields, shown for review before saving.
- Discovery Co-Pilot — assists during a live advisor-client session; the advisor remains the responsible party.
What AI output is not
Nothing AI produces in WealthScan is legal, tax, accounting, insurance, or investment advice. Outputs can be wrong, incomplete, or out of date ("hallucinations"), and they do not reflect a fiduciary recommendation until a licensed member of your Triad has reviewed and signed off.
Human-in-the-loop is required
Every AI-generated observation, draft, or extracted field is meant to be reviewed by you and by the licensed professional you're working with. Verified items are explicitly marked. Unverified items must not be acted upon as if they were professional advice.
Data handling
- Inputs are transmitted to third-party AI providers through our gateway under contractual terms that prohibit using your data to train their foundation models.
- We do not sell your data. Access inside the platform is scoped by row- level security and by the professional relationships you authorize.
- You can delete your account and request export at any time from Privacy. See the Privacy Notice for the full record of processing.
Accuracy is the client's responsibility
The information you enter into WealthScan — balances, beneficiaries, legal structures, family data — is your responsibility to keep accurate and to reconcile against your official legal and financial documents. WealthScan and its affiliated professionals do not accept liability for errors, omissions, or improper inputs.
